Frounder makes premium leather bags — a focused range of carry pieces built to be used every day and to wear in, not out. The line is kept short deliberately: fewer products, more attention on each one. Every bag leaves with solid brass hardware, a considered structure, and an engraved monogram already on it.

We don't chase trends or expand the range for the sake of it. What we make is designed to still look right in ten years — not because it's fashionable, but because it's well-built and honestly designed.

How we think about it

A bag should hold up. That's the starting point. From there: the hardware should be solid, the stitching should be clean, the structure should make sense for how the bag is actually used. Made to outlast is not a tagline — it's the standard every piece is held to before it ships.
