Every Frounder order ships free, anywhere in India. No minimums, no codes — it is simply how we do things.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Dispatch: Orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days. Personalised pieces take a little longer — good monogramming is never rushed.
- Delivery: Expect your order within 3–7 business days, anywhere in India.
- Tracking details reach your inbox the moment your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to keep your Frounder for decades, not days. If something is not right, here is how we make it right:
- Manufacturing defects: Entirely on us. We arrange and cover return shipping, and will repair, replace, or refund.
- Replacements: Free — we cover shipping both ways.
- Change of mind: Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days. You arrange and pay for the return shipping; we handle everything else.
- Personalised pieces: Monogrammed items are made for you alone and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where faulty.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
One-Year Warranty
Every Frounder piece is covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Full-grain leather is meant to age — it is not meant to fail. If it does, we will put it right.
