What leather do you use?

Premium leather — dense, strong, and built to wear in rather than wear out. More on our Materials page.

What's the monogram?

Every Frounder carries one of two house motifs engraved into the leather: the Signature diamond-f lattice or the Botanica floral vine. Choose your initials at checkout — included free on every piece.

Are the bags in stock?

Yes — everything is made and ready to ship.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Returns & warranty

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery on unused items in original condition. Manufacturing defects and replacements are on us; for change-of-mind returns you arrange and pay return shipping. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
