Free shipping across India

Every Frounder order ships free, anywhere in India. No minimums, no codes — the price on the product page is the price you pay.

Dispatch

Orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days. Personalised pieces take a little longer — good monogramming is never rushed. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery

Expect your order within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on where in India you are. Metro addresses typically sit at the faster end of that window; remote PIN codes at the slower end.

Tracking

Tracking details reach your inbox the moment your order is on its way. If a shipment has not moved for more than 48 hours, write to us and we will chase it with the courier.

Serviceability

We ship through Blue Dart, Delhivery and Shiprocket and reach nearly every serviceable PIN code in India. In the rare case your address cannot be serviced, we will contact you before cancelling and refund you in full.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable PIN codes in India. Where COD is not available for your location, you will be able to pay online at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your address and phone number at checkout — couriers call before delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch.

Delays

Weather, festivals and circumstances beyond our control occasionally slow couriers down. If your order is affected, we will keep you informed and see it through to your door.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@frounder.in within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging. We treat transit damage exactly like a manufacturing defect — return shipping and resolution are entirely on us. See our Return & Refund Policy.
